Description:
This position requires someone that can multi-task to manage all aspects of the call center. Duties will include scheduling and maintaining appropriate staffing levels, generating and analyzing reports, and coaching employees to ensure that they remain in compliance.
Requirements:
4 year degree in business related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a call center
Proven ability to gather and analyze reports
